U can only buy up to 4 players using a clause or after appearance etc. try buying the player using just the transfer offer. so if you want to buy someone worth 10 mil, try offer 15 mil and you will get him. make sure you have space on your squad lol

Chelsea id say they have qyality players and plenty of money and i recomend you sign van nistlrooy, kompany, deco, and north but send north on loan if you can hes still only younge but when you bring him back play him he will score goals and important once at that
