A1: You have to get all characters first then get 100,000 in money then purchase in ankos shop

A2: Complete story mode the first time, which will get you to #20 then you need to go to the shop and buy the next one, beat it, buy the next one, and so on until you get to #30 after you beat that you will be able to buy sharingan saske.

A3: You must beat all story levels like 2 said and you must have all other characters then you can buy him for about 100'000 or so.
