Somebody has to hit the ear drum when fleabot jumps to go charge up. It helps if you have two players so one can wait by the eardrum while the other pounds the fleabot. I found it easier if you use Jimmy to hit the fleabot and Spongebob to hit the eardrum.

Spongbob must blow a bubble bomb and throw it to Danny who is already across. Then Danny goes to the wall and throws the bubble bomb in the crack.
Jump Over 2 the other side with Danny and change 2 Spongebob an press L or R so Spongebob's form will be a water bomb and press A to put it on the ground and then press B to pick it up and throw it over to Danny hurry and switch 2 Danny pick up the bomb and face fowored and then throw the bomb left and it will be a switch
You have to change to Spongebob and go to the BubbleBomb power, sit one on the ground, hurry and throw it over the gap, switch to danny but hurry and throw it at the wall, then pull the lever and go through the gate!
Spongebob must toss bubble bombs at plankton until all his power is depleated.
When the crab jumps after his dash attack, before he lands put a bubble bomb in the shadow. The crab will suck in the bomb and flip over, losing all his power. You can then punch it until he regains power. Then repeat the process. (Sometimes this doesn't work, so make sure you aim right!)
