Well, you need to collect all the soul stones to be able to kill him for real.To find them read the newspaper to see where it is said the stone is.Then simply play the mission in that place.The stones can be found on escorts - when a carriage is escorted by ninjas from different clans the BOSS ninjas usually carry one.Beat them up a bit and then they will curse you , run away and of course leave soul stone. Sorry for the "soul stones" I forgot the real name.

That isnt it,you can only kill one lord at the start of the game,then get all the soul fragments,one easy way to kill a lord is to do a mission that requires you to go to their castles,less guards

First make or buy the unlimited weapon scrool.next buy a unconcious mushroom or herb and the special mushroom. add the scroll and mushrooms to your equip. go 2 your garden train. use the scroll. then keep throwing the mushroms until you reach 99 for each. go 2 alchemy and add first the unconcious mushrom only 1 then keep adding special mushroom. u'll reach 999 unconcious. make another pot but add only special mushroom u'll reach 999 for each element then do the same thing with the valuable gecko to the positive pot. buy spheres and bottles and use them against gamuran

Secret ending is all three ichijio, sadame, and akame die at the hand of gamaran and crow rebilds the asuka ninga with the help of onji who becomes human again.

You pretty have to do the same thing for all the levels: keep doing missions for the various lords (or one particular lord) untill you have oppourtunities to collect one of the 8 soul fragments.

first, you need to have an jar, and ingredints
thw jar have 5 numbers, that is the effect of the item you will make
example
if you have an jar:
0 0 0 0 0
and add an health mushroom, you will have this:
0 0 0 0 +2
an item have 10 effects,
5 positive:cure,strenght,potence,speed,health
5 negative:confusion,weakening,amnesia,unconsious, and explosion
example, if I have an jar:
0 0 0 0 -5
ill have an explosion item
but if I have
0 0 0 0 +5
ill have an healing item
the effect of your itens is represented by the number and the positive/negative simbol
the effects can be better adding more itens, example
the first, second,third and fourth compound have more duration with the level
but the last compound have its effect strenghtened adding more itens at the mix.
some ingredients have more than one component
example
if I have an mushroom:
0, -2, 0, +10, -21
this will be an explosive mushroom, if I add it to an ampty jar ill have an explosion mix -21
to make an iten ill need to add another item that will finish my mix with an useful item

Remember the last mission that goh turnes into a bear? make sure all of the lords each has 35% trust before you accept the mission were Goh turnes into a bear....then onji will say "the lords has made a peace treaty" keep doing missions and avoid the "kill Ichijo, Sadame or Akame" or the hidden ending wont work.....
In addition to this question...does it only have to be 35% each? cant they be 40% for example?
I have all three lords at 35% trust but I dont hear onji say the lords have declared peace what am I doing wrong please help

Just combine some effect that is useful to you(like Heal,Speed or power)just combine exactly to 100,then you may got a +strengh potion or +health potion.
