It's false I did it at perfect timing and it didn't work
I think they show you how to enable it in the hints-it might say the same thing
I responded to you on A4. I unlocked the hints. It says the same thing! If you didn't do this yet don't bother!

When I try to do the sonic 3 debug cheat,it doesent work! I did this alot! but I still dont get it! why is it not working?

That cheat does not work! I did it at perfect timing and it still didn't work so don't waste your time on this cheat.
Here this might help I havent tested it my self yet but in level select put in the same code for sonic 2 debug mode in level select sound test
You need a lot of patience. It took me 50 tries!
I worked it. it was easy you are not trying hard enough.+i am only 8.

Hold A until you see sonic!
You need to enter the level select and debug cheats and select sonic or tails to fight mecha sonic instead of knuckles, once you beat him, you will see a blue knuckles on the plane. he will have a tail if you play as tails!
Be sonic and enter level select and the last person you be in a normal file then you will be that person in level select and enter sky scantuary act 2 and beat it and look at the plane.
Enable level select and go to Lava Reef zone act 1.Then get into the Knuckles area somehow and go to the boss. Destroy the boss. Note: You need a lighting shield or hyper sonic to do this. Then double jump on to a ledge on the right side. After passing the Knuckles barriers, have the 2P Tails fly you up. Go on top of the lava river then have Tails fly you up again.You should land on solid land. Go to the wall. Then have Tails fly you up again. Then double jump over the wall. Keep heading left until you get to the third pipe after you pass the lava. Then jump down. Keep going through the stage until you get to a wall that you can't go through. Have Tails push on it then get him off screen. He'll be on the other side. Have him fly against the wall until he opens the wall. Then go under the crusher. Don't go to fast! Or the game will crash! Walk off the edge slowly then hit the checkpoint.Then charge up a spin dash.Then start doing some small ones. The game should reset itself-and it should also be a little messed up. The music's going fast but the graphics are slow. Go to level select. Pick any level. And make sure the player select is 00. Pick any level and you can play Blue Knuckles!
It's A3. I no my answer's long but you can accually PLAY Blue Knuckles! It's the only way without using that patch code!
It's A3. Note: When you're Blue Knuckles, it only loads Sonic's area. So if you break through the Knuckles barriers, you'll die. So use debug for the glitch and to get into the Sonic area.

Enter the debug mode and place a moniter(TV box).Then break it open.You will get 50 rings and instantly turn into supersonic!

In sonic 3 only, get all choas emeralds. There are only 7 in this game. Well, I think that level select doesn't work. So, Good luck!
It's A4. Here's an easier way to pass all the blue sphere level. But you need an action replay. Enter the code 4WTZ-UY1R-PNGAT UGOH-OG5N-7AK2D. You can get a Chaos emerald by only hitting one blue sphere.

They say you put a waterfall then you drop sonic and then sonic is supposed to die,then you start the game as ashura.but it did not work!what did I do wrong? did I do it on the wrong game?

You just lay thousands of wterfalls and look at the lives counter.[themore you put down the coulour will change!]

In sonic 2, enter level select and debug code. Note: This code only works in Emerald Hill act 1 and 2. Press X 4 times. You'll be a top of a waterfall. Then lay a lot of them around an area. When you see the sonic icon on the lives counter. Then press X and you'll be ashura sonic! P.S. Don't die!
Ctually The B button is actually the X button. The controller represents the Genisis keys not the Playstation 2 controller keys.

Jump on it.Then keep holding up and down repeatedly.Eventully you'll get low enough.Then get ready to jump off.
Have 2P Tails with you. Look up then have Tails fly you up. If you did it correctly, you will drop down below the barrel.

You don't Just Press R1 and choose exit 20 times.

I will tell you about the level select problem.When you hear a chime you must press and hold Square and Start.But I don't think there is a debug cheat for Sonic 1
Sorry I didn't know about the debug cheat but the debug cheat is Up ,Circle,Down,Circle,Left,Circle,Right,Circle before the demo appears once you've gotten it hold Square and press Start and hold them until Green Hill Zone appears and you see Sonic.For Level select do Up,Down,Left,Right when you hear a chime hold square and prees start.Here is Debug controls.

Atcually just first select sonic 3 once your in the game get out of it and do it 20 times then go into sonic and knuckles and do the same thing.

There is no super Sonic in Sonic 1, but for the ones with super sonic you need all the chaos emeralds and at least 50 rings. You do a double jump and he turns yellow. Super Sonic uses one ring a second and when the rings are gone he turns back to normal.
