Ive beaten the game. Upon playing through again, you cannot do ALL of the Red Pill Rescues. Therefore, I cannot unlock 100% of the abilities. I.E. To unlock Antigravity, you must complete The Security Guard. If I were to choose another Red Pill Rescue, I would have to complete the game without Antigravity. How are you able to do ALL of the Red Pill Rescues after having beaten it?

Hi, im playing ps2 matrix path of neo. previous level level was training with morpheous and then I was between levels where message came up that says, you have unlocked master abilities. master abilities are more powerful skills and abilities to use on your path. select an ability to upgrade neos skills press x to continue. then the screen opens to board with neo in center and abilitys in circle around him (of which I have six abilities already lit and five not lit or chosen) such as dodge bullets, tornado throw etc and when I press x to choose one it will not light up or give me that ability. (aso tried hitting select and all the other buttons on controller to get that ability) and then when I tried to continue by pressing start a message come up that says "you must select new ability before you can continue" so basically im stuck.. I thought it might be glitch and even exchanged my copy for new copy at gamestop and still have same problem.. can you help ? thx in advance. michael
