You need to talk to someone from the blight family I forgot his name I think hes a captain from a ship anyway he will be at the closed gate at the harbor it will be hard to see him because it is dark he will tell you to get some motors or something because the creatures took them and the creatures will try to stop you from getting them back you need to get 12/12 then he will open the gates to the harbor then whala harbor at night have fun
