How do u beat the last level since the boss has a grenade launcher?

Been plugging away on Cortez for the last 3 months!

How do you pass the last level?

A1:

Keep circling the outer part of lower level (of course when necessary turn wherever to get out of dodge) and drift to keep turbo going and don't stop shooting behind you .. stay out of dodge when you see arrow indicating he is behind you.. and eventually damage will add up and eliminate Cortez
