In the begin you kill him 3 times then you climb a tower then you kill 10-15 times idk I always die there

Stun\kill the sand dragon then bust through the boards to your right and kick over the pillar (this puts a spear on the ground). the crank on the right side is now accessible stun the sand dragon again and crank up the stone head. It will swing and send the dragon onto the spear below

If your talking about the portal after you try to save Akana and she gets taken again then you come to the Really big blue portal that looks blocked off then what you need to do is: To thr right there Should be a big Stone tower, destroy the Jar/Box infront of it then you should be able to do the ( Press B Quickly) thing to knock it over and climb across and then you will enter a cutscene.
