Ok. This isn't exactly Emergency room, but it is Emergency Room 2. Is anyone able to get this to run on Windows Vista? I've tried compatability mode, etc. and Vista won't allow it to even run the installer program. I'm open to ideas to get it to work. I have Vista Ultimate.
