Ia'm a taker and I was going to the tribe and this man comes out and stole it how can I get it back or how can I get past?

A1:

You need to follow that person first north and kill the sholai amongst the pillars (dbugkill works, too) and then continue west so that you come to the building's left wall. I went through from north and came down to meet that person. After killing him the Trajkov Amulet could be found from the room to east (in the NE corner in a box). I guess you could go there following road south and opening the locks to the room and leave without killing the thief.
