Q:How do you get on the horse after the saddle is on the horse?
A1:
Once the saddle is on the horse, you lead it out of the barn by clicking on it and selecting "lead" then walking outside of the stable, once you walk all the way out of the stable, select your horse and click "stop leading" then re click the horse and hit "mount" you guide your horse the same way you guide the person except you push the up arrow 2 times to run. if it does not give you the option to "mount", then walk farther away from the stable.
You go to the feed shop and on the wall there is a bulletin board, click on it and hit buy, it will bring up three options for 3 different horses, you can view each one first, then select "buy" next to the one you want, when you go back home it will be in your stable. you have to buy a saddle from the feed shop to be able to ride your horse (a horse costs 5000)
Q:How do you get to the feilds? I've bought a horse and everything, but I don't know what else I'm supposed to do. ANYBODY HELP ME PLEASE!

I don't know if it works but try to get your horse's experiance up and maybe the fields will unlock. hope it helps!

You do have to download a patch from valusoft.com just find pet vet in their product list and click on it, they will have a link to a patch, download it and you can get to the paths, but beware, if you sownload it, YOU HAVE TO START YOUR GAME OVER AGAIN! it will delete all saved games.
Q:After you buy dog food where do you go to find it?
A1:
It should be in your office. Right across from your bedroom and right next to your examination room! Just move your mouse over it to see which one is the dog food that you bought! If not there, there is circles at the bottom of the screen, that's where you take portions to animals in the houses and such. If not in those circles or in that room, then I'm not sure, that's where it's been for me!

To buy the dog food, there should be a man standing at the counter in a store that has a red and white striped awning above the outside. It also has pictures of horses inside if you were still confused.
Yes, go to the start button on your computer and press documents. You need to find the name of your saved game on "Pet Vet", then click on it and find a button with binoculars on it and I think you type... Horse names. Then, find the name of your horse and change it to what you want. But make sure you don't delete anything else!
Q:I still can't figure out how to use the broom. I click on the broom and then click "use" and then nothing happens. I try the arrow keys or the mouse and the broom just goes back to where it was.?

You have to hold down the left mouse button.

Mine is doing the same thing! Ever since I downloaded the patch. Before, when I would push "use" she would sweep and it would clean up the area. Now there are more brooms (one per area) and when I click "use" she picks it up and stands there with it and then puts it back down. Holding down the mouse button does not work.

I could not get the cheats to enter as well, but I've submitted another method so if it's approved, it should help.

What you do, is you click the save button and you type in the cheat!

Well this had alot of trouble and yes u guessed this is the famouse movie star sierra mather and I will help ustart pet vet then save.exit and open notepad.go to file and then go to my ogkjhyfisdubyv and u will have a spot to enter the cheats then press enter and your done. this actually works and yes here is my autograph

First, you go to NOTEPAD or WORDPAD. Next, click down FILE and click on OPEN. Make sure you are on MY DOCUMENTS. CLick on THQ and OPEN click PET VET and OPEN. A file should show up by the name of SAVE and click OPEN on that file. IT MAY BE BLANK. Look at the bottom of the window of OPEN and and see the two white strips and on by the name of FILES OF TYPE, well then if it is blank or not click on the little blue arrow off the side and a scroll down to ALL DOCUMENTS. The past game you saved should be in that list as a folder. Click on that folder of the game you want to change. Now, I don't still don't know how to hoe to enter the cheat but maybe you should try by just entering the cheat code at the end of the document and save it.
Q:We can not seem to feed the dogs and cats in their enclosers. Get food does not come up as an option. Please Help.?

Go to your store room in your house and click on the can. Make sure you click on the can that has food in it. When you start the game, it automatically has 25 standard cat and dog foods, so you can click on the. A button in the bottom left corner should appear if you are close enough, and it will say Take a Portion. Click on that for the food. When you have the food, go to the enclosure, click on the animal's food bowl, and then click on the circle at the bottom of your screen. When you get food, it appears in one of the 3 circle below. It will have a picture. Yes, to continue, when you click on the food bowl, click on the circle after that, and the food will apear.
