Athough those other sugestions are good I would suggest getting your smithing up and mining up so you are able to mine and smith rune after you can mine runite ores mine 8 coal for every runite ore then make a 2h rune sword (requires 99 smithing ) then sell them at the grand exchange
they sell for about 40k each .

An easy way to make money for noobs wit a low woodcutting lvl is
to start off by equipting a normal woodcutting axe clear out inventory
(if you have the time) chop down normal trees around the grand exchange until your inventory is full and sell logs at the grand exchange
you have to do this 4 to 5 times. after that you chop down trees until your inventory is full of logs, only this time you take the logs to the saw mill to get planks then bring the planks back to the grand exchange and sell them this time your money should have double to 4,000 gp. you can do this as much times as you like. this also works on oak trees found north west of the castle on varrock.
note:if planks does not sell at normal price lower the price,
it wouldnt matter youll still get more.

Well there is no way to get full dragon without doing alot of "work" but if your like 85+slay it's easy, there you can kill abby demons (they drop whips)and if your 90+slay you can kill dark beast (they drop dark bows)
and you can go GodWars and hope for the best. ^.^ Now if your willing to work :| go cut mages,get rune ores,smith,fletch.I would recommend
GodWars Dungeon because there you can get 400k-162M drops.

Yes you have to be a member and have to have done rune mysteries and have thirty mining.
