I have completed everything in the Crypt, Garage, Greenhouse, the Study and the Chapel. I believe, but I am stuck. I cannot get the translated letter to show up in the mailbox, nor can I call Jerry. Can't get photos from maid's room nor can I dig for Catherine's remains. I have retraced my steps through the above rooms but are unable to figure out what I am missing.?

The locked/stuck door in the attic: I tried poking the key out of the key hole and caught it with the newspaper but now the key got stuck on the other side of the door. Is this supposed to happen?
