My Question now is Is it possible to change the profile for each mission without restarting game. i.e. If I use PANZER for some missions , Is it possible to use different profile for others.?
As far as I know the only answer to this is NO, unless.. you might try finding a trainer.. (google trainer sniper elite) and see if you find anything be careful hower and make sure you virus scan it as I've heard some reported trainers for Sniper Elite have worms, and virii.. hope that helps.

Yes there is... Use the profile name reb00, and you can have God mode and several other cheats as well... after starting a new game with that profile name, hit the esc key and select cheats from the menu. voila!
Q:How do you get past de level whit the french cat.?
A1:
I assume you mean the level with the French Cathedral.
1, Use stick grenade across top steps of building by old VW.
2, Use stick grenade from VW back to the pillbox,
3, When you get inside the cathedral, place a stick grenade across the entrance to spiral stairs.(after you are inside the stairwell). go to 1st level and watch for 2 guards, use the silencer.(best place to hide is either under the first level staircase and wait for guard descending or wait just to the side where the table which has the extra ammo, etc) The second guard is not far behind, although he may be guarding the ammo and the torch at the dome of the cathedral.Again use the pistol.
4, Now comes the crunch, to stop the captive being shot, watch the two snipers, one on roof of the building where you put first stick grenade, and the second sniper is across the street exactly opposite the entrance from where you are firing.
5, Now keep firing at the nazis to protect captive, he will take up position near the monument.
6,Now a vital point, look behind to the right from the tower toward the courtyard with the two pilboxes, stop the enemy fro coming from there, and if POSSIBLE take out the staff car as it chases the rescue truck (vital)
7, now that the truck and captive are away watch your back as you exfiltrate, the way you came in over the rubble .try to get to the first floor level and place a stick grenade across it.
8, From here its not too bad as most of the axis are dead.best of luck.
Q:I love the game, as far as I could get. Now, unfortunately I am stuck. Trying to explode the steel doors to get to the heavy water plant. But what ever I do, whatever explosives I use, whatever one of the doors I try to explode, each time, my mission is failed. Too many civilian deaths... HELP!!! I have tried replaying the mission etc etc etc. Nothing helps me to blow the doors, and manage to get to the next level.?

Set the time bomb on at least 4 minutes and you will not fail this mission anymore
A2:
You have to set your time bomb to five minutes or more to allow the factory personnel to evacuate.
Q:Ive seen someone cheating in multiplayer mod, where they cant die
even if they stand in the middle of the world map..
where can I get this multiplayer cheat ?

As far as we, the sniper elite community, have determined there is no such cheat for sniper elite.

I have also seen it... A player even threatened to cheat if the rest of the room didn't vote another player out. He then went invisible and killed everyone.
