As usual if you want to kill the sith master, make sure you pick atton or visas marr.When atton is a jedi, teach him force heal and burst of speed so if you are stuck, you can run away and heal yourself.Just keep doing that and attack when you can and the sith should die in no time.Good luck.
What I did was I took Mandalore,Atton to lead my party an Bo-Doar and I killed the Sith Master by doing master flurry nonstop... just keep clicking the master flurry button in the combat mode and you can git him if you use Mandalore when he is level16-19 if your not that level yet explore the whole tomb or get exp on dantooine or koraban
Get somebody with a lot of health(like handmaiden), and 2 with blasters(doesn´t matter who).just keep using power attack or flurry and let the other ones throw grenades.

You must always backup files you what to edit otherwise if you save and there's a problem you must uninstall the game and install it again. If you want to backup a file just do what I do, copy the file to a place you know where it would be and paste it there, then go to the file in it's original folder and edit that file, then save.
