In the aspiration awards bit, you can buy a machine to change your sims turn ons and turn offs. If you get this, change your sims so that they are turned on by their lover and the same for the other sim. This can help chemistry. Make sure you are above gold aspiration before you use the machine though, and if you need more aspiration points, go cntrl+shift+C and type 'aspiration points 30000'. hope that helps
The best way to get sims to buy your stuff is to hire employees that have at least a bronze talent badge in sales. They will be able to possibly convince customers to buy your products. Also, make sure you have the items for sale and not just sitting there. If you want people to visit your lot, you can call them and invite them over or you can take them along when you leave your house.

To get talent badges easy install ''SEE THEM'' type it in google or something. Once downloaded run it then click the bottom right hand corner choice "a tick should appear". Then open sims 2. Go to your person and hold shift then click on the sim. Choose "SPAWN" then go "more" and then pick "Badge Juicer". Then a small boat should apper on the floor. Click it then choose set badge. When done check your badges if it's not there clik on something else then look at your badges again.

I just got the game but first go to the phone and go to business...start home business. then a menu wil come up with a star then a figure of a person and so on. the whole sale tool is the last one. the one that looks like a price tag. click it and you can click on a shelf to put those items om sale orclick 1 thing at a time. you will no you can sell it if it turns a very bright yellow. this should work and if it doesnt im very sorry:)
Hey uMmmm yeah you can create a Hotel, first of all you must have the sims 2 bon voyage expansion pack,. if you have it, just build a hotel using either a residential lot or a communtiy lot it really doesnt matter which one you use cause eventually it will be changed. It is easy to put your furniture katty corner. First you go to the neighborhood and you press Ctrl Shift and C all at the same time. The cheat window will then pop up. the you tyoe in exaclty how I have it : boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true. You go where you want and when rotating the furniture you use the < and > buttons!

First set cheat: moveobjects on. Then put driveways on the first part on your lot. Then put driveway extensions everywhere you want your cars to sit. They can be stacked at this point because of the cheat... You can also have multi levels and just put the driveway extensions everywhere. Then you should be able to price and buy the cars in the wholesale mode in the business panel. This worked on my residential lot. It should work on commercial...
It's very easy to get stars at the beginning of a new store, so what you gotta do is to buy 4-7 stores, open them up and play on them for some hours, and then you shoud have all the Business Perks
Set a lot of things for sale in your shop (they're more likely to buy if your shop if the products are cheaper) and, my advice is that you employ someone to do your selling and register work. Hope that helped.
You need to register your sims 2 and sims 2 nightlife games on the website or it won't work, if you have the sims 2 deluxe (like me) I guess you're just out of luck because you can't download that kind of stuff.
Purchase a commity lot then go there once your there go in to buy mode and purchase a chef stove thinge(which is under kitchen) and a host thinge(which is under others) put both in your sims invertioy then go home sell your commity take the items out of your invertioy and there you go.

You can download some from the sims 2 exchange (in exchange/objects) and dont forget to download the driveway stuff, and double click on all of them (make sure to save the files to a place you can find it) and the cars should be in misc (but you must have at least Open For Business) or you can purchase Nightlife

No you don't need a big stove. you have to have a sim who has enough cooking skill to make the cakes and desserts that you want to sell and then put those in your sim's inventory. then buy a refridgerator shelf (it's located with all the other shelves..it's the last one) and then place the desserts from your inventory onto the shelves. price them at your store and then people should be able to buy them

Well...buying the big chef stove will let you sell more than cakes, and you can place charis and tables, go to miscellanious, miscellanious, buy one of the two podiums, assign a hostess or be a hostess. from there you can price and choose menu. you can be a chef, server, hostess, or tidy up. if you enter ctrl.+shift+c, then type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, you can click on the sim's skills and career thing to the right during play mode, and drag their skills as high as you want, BUT I do NOT know if you still get all the recipes like to make at their home, but I had earned 9 cooking skill points and then found this cheat and dragged it one more. and, of course, all the others. hope this helps.

Another way is to just sell a load of things at your shop (i recomend you buy some clothes racks if its a community lot) and if you see a bad sale you type in- moveobjects on -hit enter and pick up the person
and delete them, they usually come back but you won't lose loyalty. Also, you should employ a sales person because the never get negative points from customers and remember to change your workers wage to a higher one or they might quit.
First you need a comunity lot buisness, then you need to click on furniture, then tables, then miscellaneous (not sure if that is spelt right) then look for a round platform.
Press the wholesale button which automates prices for products, then the cars will be available.

Talent badges first came out in TS2 Open for Buisness. When you open a buisness you have to have a register and something to sell. You get a badge the more time you spend on the register hence you serve you customers faster. You also get a sales badge so you are more convincing and sell more items quicker and easier. You can also bt work benches like a robot bench or a toy bench or a flower bench thing. You can all get badges for thoose. In robotery as you earn more badges you can make more types of robots. Same as toy making and flower arranging. Also with TS2 Seasons you can also get a badge in fishing with allows you to get more lures to use while fishing. Also in TS2 Open for Buisness you can get a badge in Cosmetology. There are three basic levels of badges : Bronze, Silver, And Gold.
If you have nightlife there will be a platform available in the catalogue (only if it's a community lot), where you can put a car on.
