On the last mission there is a set of stairs and a door behind with a code lock. what is the code?

I'm in the Belgrade City level. i've placed bombs on 4 of the 5 weapons crates, but i can't find the 5th one. i got through most of the level, to the point where you pick put 3 frag grenades, etc. but can't figure out what to do next. could someone give me the locations of all the crates in this level?
