I don't know about cheats,but there are plenty of quests to help you with that.For instance,you can help Romero in Hollywood to keep the zombies IN the graveyard,then that quest with Pisha at the Downtown abandonned clinic,and so on.

Q:I am completely stuck on the Nosferatu Warrens 2 trying to get through the reservoir. Short of celrity, there seems to be no way to swim fast enough. Is there a code to get around this.?
A1:
What you have to do is a bit tricky. First you have to turn the water pumps ON so water fills the reserviors again, then immedately after you do that you have to start swimming back to the reservior and you have to do this fast before the pumps can build enough power to push you backward. If you can get past that big pump/fan and go to one of the reserviors you'll be able to swim upward out of the reservoir and into another part of the game.
