West Wing in the Factory, you'll be in a small room where a man is under torture by a green pearl creature and across the room is a box machine, open it and there is the purple glove. Then shoot the creature above the man and save him.

Get to your hovercraft, get the pearl in the other room, redock. Go out where you fight the three flying creatures on the landing vent above where you are docked. Have Double H open the vent door after fighting the flyers and you'll see you need a fuse. Go back where you got your original fuse and put it there then the door opens to leave.
