I did that level last night and theres no wonder you ar stugling what I did was protect the main camp and the guy with the fan came up in a cut scene sayin {jei leong has fallen} so try doing that -Answer by:PsYlence
Focs on mainly defense and when zhuge liang dies, work on both onfence and defence...mainly offence
As the other two have said, focus on defense until Zhuge Liang dies, then if your good with Cao Pi offensively and have a horse charge through the enemies a bit and get close to the end bit at which you should try to isolate the main boss and just combo him without giving him a chance to hit you much.. oh and I suggest going through a few stories first to make sure you have a Max lv bodyguard they help quite a bit in almost any mission when at max lv
