: You can get an airplane go to the subway and go in the train then go to the sumo sign (blue) enter the passageway then your at the airport and drive all the way to where you find a plane taking off and then over by this place theres helicopters (you cant drive em) so go down even more till you find a red plane (dodo) and you can drive it (it doesnt fly to well)

: U can eather use the cheat code wanted level disabled or go to the pay n spray

: First get at least weapons #3. the cheat code is up, x,x,down,left,x,x,right. Then get a good gun and shoot the cops. plus you probaly want to use another cheat I have. the never wanted cheat. it is L1,L1,triangle,R1,R1,x,square,circle. so you will not get busted.then shoot the poilce before the car blows up and that is the bottom line because stone cold said so. plus if your not down with that then we got two word for suck it.

: When the police helecopter comes down jump and press triangle

: You cannot fly planes, but you can fly helicopters. There are no cheats ether and so far I think you cannot steal a helicopter.

: Well on your sniper mission in PortlandI believe, you can hop on the helicopter before they start shooting. There are other ways to get it. I cant remember the site....I went on yahoo and serched liberty city s and I got a bunch of sites and read them all. Thats the best way really
