: You cannot fly planes, but you can fly helicopters. There are no cheats ether and so far I think you cannot steal a helicopter.

: You can only play multiplayer on the psp version of GTA LCS

: There are none. All you do to access multiplayer mode, is go to the pause menu, then select multiplayer. It's only for the psp though (ironicaly).

: Unfortunatly not, but you can make your car swim by entering in game: circle x down circle x up l1 l1 or if life is just too much without flying cars you culd commit suicide: l1 down left r1 x circle up triangle. but there are sum cheat 4 flyin cars on other gta games. -
