A2: This is because you cheated too much. If you go to the stats tab in the start menu and under miscellaneous, you will see how many times you've cheated. When you cheat 500 times or more before this Madd Dog mission, he will jump the second the mission starts. The resolution to this problem is to pretty much start a new game, monitor how may cheats you enable, and go forth with the game. A4: There is two there in los santos one in market and willow fild but you can't accsess till you compleat the misson doberman the misson isn't that hard all you have to do is get glen park as your gang area.

A2: No it is a mod you can download. go to google and type in gta san andreas mods and it will come up with sites. one of them on the page it comes up with is really good. click on that download and it will have a button that says DOWNLOAD click on that
