A1: U have entered too many cheats most likely

A2: U used 2 many cheatcodes!!!

A3: When you punch in codes to many times it will do that so you have to use what you know best to save him..."codes". Punch in the slower gamelay code to save him.

A4: Ok.... well it is because you used to man cheats before that mission... the more cheats you use the fater he jumps... So your only chance is to start over and don't use cheats because you don't really need them

A5: The only reason I can give you is by you using too many cheats. If you use too too many cheats be for you compleate the game it would glitch in some places. I know it be couse it happed to me. Thanks for using my cheat.

A3: First get to four or five stars on the wanted level, next enter in invinceability cheat which is-down, A, right, left, right, R trigger, right, down, up, and Y-Then once you see one of the vehicles they will get out of their vehicle and you can get in, so next kill the F.B.I. or swat agents, they can't hurt you, Then use the no cops cheat, which is-R trigger, R trigger, B, black, up, down, up, down, up, and down- now the cops will go away, you might have to enter this code more than once, but once they go away get in the vehicle you want.
