A2: Get in trouble with the police four stars for the swat and 5 for the fbi then steal them and get the police off of you now you have one

A3: First get to four or five stars on the wanted level, next enter in invinceability cheat which is-down, A, right, left, right, R trigger, right, down, up, and Y-Then once you see one of the vehicles they will get out of their vehicle and you can get in, so next kill the F.B.I. or swat agents, they can't hurt you, Then use the no cops cheat, which is-R trigger, R trigger, B, black, up, down, up, down, up, and down- now the cops will go away, you might have to enter this code more than once, but once they go away get in the vehicle you want.
