How can I unlock all levels of gun with out playing full game ?

Gun (Best of) Activision 2005
I just can't win the horse race with honest Tom, he just races away! When I spur on my horse it just dies after a lap. I've tried taking short cuts, the cheat down load where F7 stops the horse form getting tierd, nothing works...help?
