There may be a way to use cheats, but after every season, depending on how well your stats were that season (broken tackles, yards gained, touchdowns, catches, etc) depends on what stats are raised and how much they are raised by. My halfback didn't had 78 on break tackle. I broke about 50 tackles that season and won the Super Bowl. The next year, his break tackle was 85.

You go to my madden in menu screen. Then you go to madden cards, and then you buy cards and eventually you will come up with the madden card. There is no other way to get this that ia am aware oif.

No, the coach picks for you, but sometimes if you are a receiver or hb, you can call a time out and the play will change
No you can not pick your play, but if you are the QB you can at least audible out to something differant
No. But if you don't agree with the play chosen, you can always call an audible (X).

No you cannot call audibles the coach does
Only way to change plays that I know of is to be a QB and call audibles... you have your choice of not only hot routes for the recievers but you also have regular audibles and formation audibles
You can also call audibles as a defensive player once your influence gets to 50 or so and become the captain

There are cards you get in madden cards that are the hall of fame teams.they are individual and you dont know when you get them.
Play 2-minute drill and then lower the team stats youre going to play and put the skill level on All-Madden.
To get the NFC team you need to buy a pack of madden cards
You must obtain their Madden Cards.

I like all of them. I had alot of fun doing an outside linebacker. I also liked RB, QB, WR, and TE.

QB is fun because you can make audibles, but make sure at the "choose parents" screen to pick a pro bowl QB that says "your dad was his era's michael vick, HB is fun if you use the highlight stick effectively, WR is awesome if you can time your catches perfectly, CB is cool if you choose a hall of fame CB as a dad
