Took me one season in the minors, then cy young first year in majors pretty much gaurenteed

Make a profile then go to franchise mode do two seasons and you get over 2000 points then you go to view on your profile then toreward and then its gonna show legends names click on 1 to buy 1

Put user settings to maximum (batting). Also try lesser skill levels so you get a feel on how to hit different pitches. Timing is essential. Spend training points on power, contact, clutch, and some other attributes that has to do with your batters offense. To develop this faster, sign short term contracts so you can go to spring training and earn more points.
