There's two parts to it: 1.)lock on to her first then you can throw your knife at her. the problem is, you have to hit her in the legs, torso and face. so lock on to her, then from a distance, press the x button to throw it then press x again to damage her torso. if you want to go for the head or legs then when you press x move the left thumbstick up or down. do this until the gauge is empty then you will see a short scene then what you need to do is go all out on her. but when she gets hit she will most likely go in the air so when she do , double tap x quickly to "cut her down to size" or you can just follow her if you're big enough. keep attacking her until she is dead. your almost there now the easy part....the snake. he looks tuff but a good hit on the head should do the trick. hey do see that big stalactites above its head? get your hook out then pull the rock down snakie goes bye bye :p

You have to to hang him by locking on him and shooting the fungo on him

When the sickle lady is at the top of the tree, you have to climb a tree close to her. Try to get to the very top(without falling down of course), and throw a kunai or a poisen needle(i can't remember what they're called, I haven't played in a while). And try hard to get her, if you did it right, she will fall out of the tree and die.

This is what you have to do in order to get that one last winnig shot. Climb the tree that she is on all the way to the top.
what you do is you target her in one of her arms which means you must press the right button while targeting her and shot!

Somewhere else in the level is an oil pot when you got the oil pot and the iron rod thing you go to the lever thing and then there will be a a cut scene

The way you hit her in the head and feet is by holding the right trigger + x button then up/down with the left thunbstick.
