Keep your distance you can kill him with any gun even the blacktail. he can attack you with his snakelike arm wherein youllneed to dodge or else he will squeeze you and you have to shake the analog to escape but you can counter this attack. before it hits, shoot his head and he should expose his big eye in his mouth stab it. do this several times to kill him.

The round insignia is in the right part of the church(where the green catseye are in the leon storyline) but you have to get to the end of the bridge to find one of the bella sisters.there will be a green catseye in the bottom then go back and take the round insignia (the code is 3334443) then put the green catseye in the round thing and get inside the church with the round insgnia -Answer by:Fallen angel

You can actually kill him with the knife, in both forms... You just need to memorized how he acts...

Like other enemies, you can run toward him for him to start an attack, and when that happens, move backwards to avoid being hit by that attack (if a "Dodge" appears on the screen then press the necessary buttons) , then quickly run toward him and slash him
with the knife (better to run to his side)... Repeat the same thing as needed.
Form 2:
Run to the corner where an explosive barrel is... Then wait for him to swing to the bar near you... All you need now is slash him then move back and forth (repeat as necessary) 'cause he wont use his long ranged attack in this position (plagas attack).
But if you really can't kill him with a knife, 3 incendiary grenades (red) can defeat his first form... After that, your only problem would be his second form...

U can't fight him until you go threw the doorway on the other side of the place. just look around and you will find it.

For your first el gigante you have to continue down the path and beat the lake monster first. Once you beat him, you'll return though the merchant room and into the arena you are in now. Once you step into the arena, i'll cut scene and you'll be fighting the el gigante. When fighting him I advise buying a rocket launcher. One shot from that baby and he's dead. :)

Go upstairs in he corner by ashley's hiding place then wait for the infected villiagers to come afer you. You'll hear shots ring out as luis fights them off. Once he becomes overwhelmed he will run upstairs and help you. Be careful by the windows, as infeced will use ladders to climb up there too. after battling for a while the game will cut scene and it'll all be over.

Just avoid getting near the ganados as you can, Luis will take care of them... When you're at the first floor, go at the corner, middle of the two windows, there when a ganado tries to enter, slash him so he wont get inside... But when the room gets too "crowded", then go upstairs (like what I said, leave it to Luis)... then when the enemies start to use ladders to climb up the second floor, slash them so they wont get inside, (take down some other ladders) and like in the first floor, when the room gets too crowded, just move to the lower room (first floor)... Repeat 'til the cutscene...
