Let him chase you around, if you look around in your area, the barrels that holds up to throw you, there will be the same ones around you, lead him to them and watch when they catch on fire, as they do make sure you shoot them while he's next to them, but make sure you keep your distance.

It depends on what level, if your in Frank's Apt, then when he does this Hulk smash type move, you will notice that he becomes dazed from his own power, go around him and jump on his back. If your fighting him on the island, first he will be on the ledges, where he will run around above you and try to throw barrels at you (Reminds me of Donkey Kong vs Mario) shoot the barrels as their in his hands and in the 2nd section when he's set on fire, lead him to the red barrels around you, let them catch fire, then shoot them. (Keep your distance before you shoot)
