Right, you have to buy a workbench for your home, then build a teaser on it (which is the zapper) but make sure you have the right ingredients to make it, then when you have made it go to the saloon in deadtree, go to annie and get th3e zapper out to zap her (annie is the one with pig tails in and denim shorts) aqnd your done

Just buy some spare parts to pita florica and make a taser on your workbench..then zap annie howell..then you will give her 700 simoloens..
Talk to the man behind the bar first
The work bench is behind (side) of the kine dairy building. Once you buy spare parts i.e. picture screw nails, click on the work bench and in options create "TASER". once you have it , it will show you just like your cell phone below your right screen. Go to annie howell in the nightghoul bar n press O near her with your taser option ON.

Its in the meeting room in Deadtree, go up to the piano, and the door on the left takes you to a spooky graveyard with zombies, avoid the zombies and examine the 4 tombstones on the very right, one of them will let you dig it up, and you get the charm :D good luck!
You go into the graveyard and go up to every single headstone and wen the option sayin dig up cumz up click on it and you will dig up the treasure wich is a viola

To earn a mechanicle skill the sanity meter needs to be full
2 do tis enter in the cheat in buy perks nd it is l1 r1 and sqeur then use 2 fill evry skill piont sory for the short txt
Use the cheat hold L1+R1 and square at the buy perks for 30 seconds then go to your perks then the who sighn will be there then ou can get full any thing
Annie is the beast and yooh build a taser at the workbench behind the kine society place (the one that looks like a barn) but yooh have to have certain skills and yooh have to buy some parts at that store across fron I yeahh wellll bye

Annie howl is the night beast. and you have to go to a workbench and make a taser and zap her in human form and she will turn into a nightbeast
The beast is annie howell, she has blonde pigtails and wears denim shorts to zap her go to the workbench and click on the taser but you will need mechanical 4 and parts to build it. :)
