You have to do the missions of Issac Rossum then he will give your sim a tracking device. Go to Deadtree and use it. Red circles will show out of the meeting-house. Now you can go in.

you have to give doctor newlow the 5 secrets and then he will pull out this really weird thing and disappear.
Then you go to the book case with the wood around it and the click examine and the person will act shocked. Get all the required skills first and then open it. He will hypnotise you and then just get out of the house. Then go back in the house and go into the same room again and then you will find the computer and then hack it. give it to roberta and then isaac will come back and then talk to him.

Go to dead tree and go to the shop.
Then you will buy some parts, then you have to go to the table behind the dairy and also get the required things and voila!

Get parts from the merchant next to the truck in deadtree and make one either on the workbench next to the kine dairy or the workbench in the Rossum's House ,
You need to craft one yourself.. if you look in deadtree opposite from where the little outdoor shop thing is you should find a little crafts table, click on it and you should know what to do from there
Build a taser at the workbench
You Make it at workbench you gtta have 2 mechanical though good luck.

Nervous's charm is buried on the right side of the grave one of the graves will allow you to dig it up but look out for the zombie's they decrease your sanity points.
I'm not sure 'Completely where, but the grave is in the meetinghouses graveyard, if you find a grave saying blank, then im pretty sure thats it

You go back to paradise place to isaac's house, the man with the robot wife and you go one of the rooms with machine you have to sit in and then you press redesign cow.
