You have to save and exit 2 player mode the play him as one player and then it will ask you if you want to propose. trust me I have this game and me and my friend play it a lot
If your a girl and you kiss 2 or 3 times (maybe more) and the guy accepts, the girl will be able to propose! but! you have to be in one player mode! boy,bring relationship number to 100 and kiss or make out and it will say propose!your welcome!
First, To A1: They didnt ban gay marrage in sims 2. I got Ossie to marry Rico. and to the guy asking the question, I wondered that to. then I played one player and the second player that wasnt playing didnt have propose then. I was confused. then I went BACK into 2 player mode and it was there. Try that. it worked for me.
Okay first make sure they both are at 100 relation towards the other then make sure it is a romantic relation last socialize with other sim and propose
I had two guys who married, and it did pretty easy! Maybe you should make some dinner with hearts coming out of it. feed it to him and yourself and you'll probably be able to propose. Good luck!
You go on the build mode and on the wall and press square to remove something. now you can remove stuff and draw a line of a wall on the that is not needed and there it goes

If you want to unlock all locations then look up the gnome cheats and make the gnome then press pause and get the sheat for unlocking all locations and you can go anywhere instead of trying to beat it
Well make sure all your stats are high enugh & also make sure you have a telescope to and it works best if you look through it at night time then look in it for a while soon enough your sim should be sky high in a alien spaceship.....
Just do all the things it tells you to do (press >) it will tell you what to do then press square so that it has it long up and long sideways thats how but if your at the 2nd location just go out the front and youll see a phone box click and there you go.

Actually you can steal the house....ill tell you how, first enter the "unlock all locations" cheat (o,l2,left,o,up,o) then select the taxi thingy, next select a lot example"grand canyon"or any house you want to steal.then when you get there plays all your roomies to one place(best place is out side the house)then put them in a room one sim should be in a 2 by 2 or 3by3 wall,dont put a door! when their locked inside just dont mind them...after several days they will die.take off the wallsan a grim reeper will come to take them the body will leave a vase if you put it outside the vase will turn into a thombstone perfect decoration for your lawn...and the house is all yours!

Baiscally just fufill your sims, Chantal's and Larry's gold wants. Chantal is the Asian sim in the black dress and Larry is the sim in the bright jumper and blond, spiky hair.

Complete all gold wants and then once you've completed them all then you will get a platinum want. Not everybody has gold wants.
To make friends just keep talking and giving compliments etc.
To get proposed to more than one sim you have to have a romantic and successful love life with them.
To unlock everything all you have to do is complete all gold and platinum wants, get 100% on friendship, unlock all skills and complete all houses etc.

All you have to do is make sure that they are good friends first then make a relationship out of it by kissing, hugging and all the other romantic things. Just like a sim relationship with a boy to be honest.
Try buying the Vibrating Bed (Pink heart), select the option to relax (make sure the comfort level isn't at it's max, they'll get out of bed too early) and invite her over. Select enable mojo, then woohoo the relationship will build quickly (5 points a pop)
Or you can buy the spin-the-bottle game, that helps me.
Is your charisma up? The higher your charisma the more likely you are to make any kind of relationship with any sim. Just practice in front of a mirror or write in a journal to get your charisma higher.

Go into the start bar, go to career, see what skills you need for that job, and you have to have the right amount of friends (where you see the smiley face) the higher the job level, the more friends you'll need. Oh and go to work in a good mood.

You can build a small room and put the Jimmy three fingers rocket bench item (After you unlock it) inside.... then build a rocket and light it in the house.... (the bench will be in the skill catigory)

1. U can't have babies 2. get a telescope and star gaze for ages. I would recomend to buy the expensice one. It worked for me but trust me you can't have babies.
You can go over the firecode and eventually many objects will catch on fire, or I like to build a little room, fill it with Fireplaces and put plants in front of them, then they will catch on fire, if oyu go in the room, make sure its full with plants and eventually the fire will catch you. and you DIE

It is not really a gnome in this version, it is a daimond like sculpture next to the street, it has no name if you had some1 stand next to it and press x, hope this helps

It's in skills. You can only make rockets but if you launch them you can earn money. Dont launch it indoors though. I did that once and it started a fire and my sim died.
