Ok, I will help you. What you need to do is be YOUR character away from other stuff (outside) then do these actions in order.
L-Trigger, R-Trigger, Up, A, Black Button.
A little thing should then appear at the front of the house (on the nature-strip). After that you can activate and control all cheats by clicking on it. Hope this helps.
