A1: Actually,mitchell has demos in his inventory.When general Keyes orders you to demo the building,just run,do not sprint,towards the building and touch it.you should see an icon at the bottom of your screen.then,press L

A2: Go up to the building and select the demo charge from your inventory and plant it just like you would fire your weapon then get the hell out of there and take cover
