You can't you must just try not to shoot that much be more stealth there's also no cheat for that !

Theres no need to use ammo[bullets]
start off go straight forward,ignore the 2 guards talkin about the american space mission.
walk to the steps,go to window and sneak to the door,use your pistol to shut down the camera in the hallway,turn left enter bank,use it again when door opens to put the light out,enter walk left to the doorway.
wait there behind corner,use your eev camera,you need to aim at the box near the guard on the floor to plant email etc.
then sneak into bank tiller room,you can get the guard and use him to open the wing door with eye scanner or just hack the key code.
enter the west wing,go down corridor shoot out the lighted sign above door,camera cant see you,sneak to the end,wait till only one guard fixing door is left,you need to wait behind him till he says he is changing door passcode and talks it out loud then grab him.
enter the room.use comp and go in cabinet.and enable access on wall.
then go to the wall on floor is a vent,use it,when you come out use your eev on camera right above you then walk forwards the doors to the right climb up pipe and then to the left to get onto balcolny.enter vent and follow it all the way to the end,you are now in east wing.through the fan scan the comp,shut down the fan and plant the email,then drop down.
grab the 2 guys knock em out.go and deactivate the cameras on other comp.then go to door enable access and open door turn left to the other door hack it and enter picklock the door enter enable access and use comp.go out of the room follow corridor down turn left,be stealthy now
as guard on this floor,you need to grab him and carry him.walk past medkit turn left and crouch in dark near seating and grab the guy.
walk him through the lasers,another guard is at the bottom so wait for his patrol to pass and go back in the other room.in that room theres more lasers,you have a choice to grab him or not.anyway go behind desk
use comp,then jump over the desk counter to the left of the comp.
make sure its clear before going down the stairs.
go through the door and stay at the wall and slowly make your way till your at the window use your eev to access the comp,then kill the light in the room and get out of the room through the other door to enter north wing.then enter west wing,shoot out the lights with bullets,you need to hack the security office door so the guards come out,grab one,then use comp in the room.enter the other room to left and use comp and get your gear out of the locked boxes,go to vault and place the kit on the 2 panels on the wall use your lockpick supplied and place charge,door opens go in vault and use the comp,collect the money,go to vault door switch on your heat googles theres an invisible laser alarm,cross when it goes out.escape via the door in the corridor you just come through,go through the doors switch lighting off,go into courtyard follow fountain round and go to where you first started for extraction.

When a number lights up, go with left analog to that number and press [ ], do this also by other numbers that light up, the list with numbers above let you see all possible combinations and the "lighter" ones are left to choose of, when you have 2-3 numbers, you can select the good one with left analog and press X.(you can only have a few numbers , then you must wait till you see the others and know the combination)

Its not that hard use stealth,theres steam vents you can switch on to blind the patrols,theres short cuts in the baths,use thermal when steam on so you can see,you got sticky shockers..etc.. -Answer by:DARKLIGHT

Whats this the bank! there are 2 ways to enter through the front door or side door to your right as you start the level.if right side after entering shoot camera after goin through 2nd door use drain pipe to go roof get in the lock up disable security ceiling windows retract rappel down use comp to deactivate lasers.grab guard use eye scanner for one wing if goin in that wing youll need to grab PACO for door code so get behind him let him repair lock then he tells new code enter do objectives sneak out under wall knock out camera use drain pipe then follow your nose.if front door use right/left inside doors brings you to same door you used scanner on you need to plant emails on comps for objectives so you have to go there anyway -Answer by:DARKLIGHT

Once you complete your main objectives the door will be open,you cant open it from the outside,if you have gone that way to the left is a pipe in corner jump up get on roof break into the small outhouse put power on then you can gain entry into the bank,rappel down,use your camera to switch off lasers (EEV).you can hack one of the other doors or grab guard for retina scan to open it..rememberin this level there are a lot of false emails you must plant on the computers. -Answer by:DARKLIGHT

You press start on the machine that takes card,the other guy does that in the other end of the room,switch then to thermal,you can then see the server that has computed the results,click each tower that lights up,then the jobs done,return to the guy for the end result card info.if you get the combination wrong,the servers shut down the guy goes mental but tells you to start the process again. -Answer by:DARKLIGHT

If you've been stuck trying to get past this level of the game. This is just a suggestion.
If the following items are available to you: "Shoot a sticky cam in the direction of the guards to locate exactly where they are shooting you from, and then do the following to try to get through them safely."
1] Throw a smoke grenade for cover, then move with your weapon in
a walking position for faster quiet movement, find some quick cover
and hide again.
2] Check Sticky cam view, and do this again to get in close for either a
frag or flashbang attack to get the guards disoriented enough to kill.
3] If you're really gutsy, try getting in close enough to do a Hand 2 Hand
kill on one, if not both if you can get close enough to do it that way.
Hope that this suggestion works out for you.

The weapons creates are aLL over the ships NOT only in holds. IF you cant walk past a certain spot, then you need to backtrack to last save and check ALL the doors avail unless the inof given at top tiny window gives other directions. NOTE:: two crates ::one below railing, one in aft area WHERE you leave ship.

If you're talking about where the sealed door with the old man, then you just have to go in the computer area and do the following: it may take you a couple of times trying to get the right sequence for the printout that you will receive.
1] Go to the back wall and turn on the switch.
2] Pay close attention to the taller case computers, so that you can see'
which one is lit up the most.
3] Once you identify the hot case, go to it and hit the switch, while the
old man will be doing the same on the other side for you.
4] If you can get them all before they overheat, you will then receive the
the printout cards with the information that you need.

Talk to the old man,this takes some time as he is etcentric,once your ready he will tell you to start.so start the server up,then the tall case towers you need to hit the switch in a sequence,you can view the sequence if you switch on your heat senors on your goggles,they should light up in a red colour.once thats done go back to the old man and the print out card will be available,on-screen prompt will ask you "take"
thats it,very simple.if you mess up the old man will tell you to re-start.

jump up then move along the pipe,drop down on the hatch ledge,go down the ladders then drop down.
at the bottom of the corridor to the right are 2 guards one is patroling in
and out of the right side doorway the other sitting down.
you need to go left and enter the doorway,to the right is a vent hatch jump up get in then fix the panel it takes lift up,crawl through the other spaces and jump down silently.
you can hear the the korean captain talking,well open the grill panel and drop down into this control room.do your buisness in there and return the way you came.
theres no rush so take your time and stay in the dark and move silently.

if you mean to knock out lights and cameras without using bullets.
equip your pistol and point crosshairs at the item and press L1.
that will disable the light or camera for a few seconds.
if you use LEFT BUTTON ON D-PAD that gives you night vision and you can locate the cameras search pattern.
if you use UP BUTTON ON D-PAD that gives you electrical items.
