When they do walk up to them and push the button you used to flash your badge, but instead of flashing his badge like he normally does, Marcus will hand the driver a ticket instead. Doing this will give you one bad cop point and your not able to hand tickets to police men.

Q: How do I do the debug mode for xbox?

A1: Press START and go to the Compstat/map screen. Then quickly press the L+R and then release them, then press LEFT. The music player should appear over the Compstas/Map screen to confirm correct code entry. Then Press L+R again and relase them, then press LEFT. If you did it right, apon pressing LEFT the debug menu should appear. Hope this helps.

A1: U have to push green button and the red button at the same time for 60 sec. I takes a while but it really works. the xbox version has a glitch in the game at this point. the trick is to pushm both at the EXACT same time!
