A2: U cant unlock them u need a disc called "codebreaker" I bought that at a gamestop for $20. U can unlock the announcers,vince mcman, referees, and the gm's of both raw and smackdown.

A1: Its kinda a glitch go outside the ring set it up near the announce table get another table try to push it against the other table and it will stack,works with ladder to.

A2: All you have to do is put a table by the ring apron. then go to the other side and put the other table in.
