Never mind I found out how but for those ofyou who dont know how use you gadget to get to the top of the building at the start and thengo through the air vent switch weapons to fists and kill the guy. sounds hard but when you try it its very very easy. if anybody has any questions then message me. -Answer by:cooldragon56

Ok, so I tried holding L1+L2 so that I could enter the all weapons code it wouldent work, why?
