How do I get to vivec?

You can take the flying monster from sedna-neen and go to vivec ar walk in side the trde house in seeda-neen and go up satirs and talk to the person behind the counter and pick the vivic topic and then go to your map and scroll down you should see a big cluster of blocks all of that is Vivec -Answer by:madgod
The god or the city, I'll tell you how to find both. Take a silt strider, to vivec in seyda neen, or some other cities, or just walk there, that's how you get to the city. Find the god in Vivec, Temple. Outside, look for some stairs, NOT undder the roofs next to the other doors, find stairs, that's goot no door s and not under a big roof it's 100pts locked and trapped, unlock it, somehow, the place is called Palace of Vivec, go inside there, there will be a god named Vivec. -Answer by:Daedric Cuirass

How do you max out every skill?

Impossible!
Got to trainers they can train up to a certain point then you have to find master trainers for the rest of the way. Go to google and type in Master Trainers for morrowind and you should be able to find them -Answer by:madgod
I found this money cheat where you have to go to balmora and kill ravirr trader and take 9000 gold value katana and then you have to be in the mages guild in caldera go outside then go to ghorak manor then sell 9000 value katana for 5000 gold to the creeper because thats how much he has then rest for 24 hours then sell 5000 gold for 5000 gold then res 24 hours again, keep on doing this until your done then kill him. note: i did 100 times then i got 500,000 gold, turn auto save for rest to do it faster and its almost impossible to run out of money in the game, now you can keep on being trained. oh i guess it would be impossible to max everything out because trainers cannot train forever. but its really easy to level up because of training and you can make lots of spells permanet without running out of money easy.
You have to go to the fort next to Balmora then go to the front, not the prison towers, then find a iroom with an Imperial then go to the door you will see when look left, go in that, then find another door, go inside. You will find a Lady with imperial Armor, talk to her, she has spells, like Bound stuff, also "Drain Skill" spell but buy any of the drain skills then go to any spellmaker and set drain skill, but you have to press A on drain skill and put you in the skill selection select a skill then follow these Directions: Magnitude 100-100 1 second on self, then name and buy the spell, cast it immetily next to a person and talk to him before it been a game second then training, and the skill that you made will cost 1 Gold, after skill increasing once you will have to cast the spell again. Note: you can keep on doing this until your skill as maxed out but you can be trained even when the skill is maxed out, also, if you selected Heavy Armor, and it is at 27 get trained once while doing 1 gold, It will say Heavy Armor Increased to 0 but, on the menus it will change to 28, this works with every drain made like this in the spellmaking.

Where are the shoes of st.rilm?

A1:
People like you are why only the die hard enthusiasts still call temlseevhs gamers', despite the bad name you've given the term. First, find a way to give the graphics of AC Brotherhood on a fully explorable game like Morrowind and you've earned yourself the job of the millenia. Second, if anythings keeping people away its the very complex and in depth gameplay system thats far beyond any other current RPG title. Duhhhh That's what people like about it. It's not the lazy fat -expletive- of the game world. When's the last time a lone figure stood against society and won? Gandi? It certainly wasn't someone like you in any case, and it won't be someone that can't figure out the simplicity of Morrowinds' structure. Third, -wait You were beat to death by a mudcrab?! HHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Fourth You actually took the time to fight hundreds of mudcrabs? Wow.

How do you become a werewolf?

A1:
During one of the main quest missions you have to protect a small town and you get the dieseise that way and that is the only way to get it -Answer by:madgod
A2:
Mad God there's another way, rules:

During the day, did you encounter anyone with a name like Confused Lunatic, Gibbering Lunatic, Insane Wanderer, Wandering Idiot, or Wandering Lunatic? Well, guess what? These are werewolves, in their daytime forms. At night, they would be in werewolf form. Heck, if you find one, follow them and watch them change. But they are all random encounters - and they are programmed to have a 1 in 100 chance of spawning based on your character being 100th level. This chance will improve by 1% for every level over 100. They are also high level NPCS - their levels range from 55 to 99. If those two pieces of information don't deter you from seeking them out, here are their spawnining points and stats:
Confused Lunatic - 65th level male Nord Barbarian - Connorflenge Barrow [inside the barrow]
Wandering Lunatic - 65th level male Orc Barbarian - Thirsk [outside the mead hall to the northeast]
Insane Wanderer - 99th level female Dark Elf Barbarian - Stormpfund Barrow [inside the barrow]
Insane Wanderer - 65th level female Nord Barbarian - Isinfier Plains [east of Sun Stone, close to the shore, on the grass beteen two patches of stone round]
Gibbering Lunatic - 87th level male Breton Barbarian - Hirtaang Forest {east of Raven Rock, past the stone hill and hen a little south}
Gibbering Lunatic - 88th level male Breton Barbarian - Hirstaang Forest {just north of Earth Stone]
Wandering Idiot - 75th level male Imperial Barbarian - Isinfier Plains {south of the Dwemer Airship, east of the end of the long river that cuts in form the center of the western shore running northeast}
Confused Lunatic - 55th level male Imperial Battelmage - Thirsk {outside the mead hall to the north}
Wandering Lunatic - 55th level Nord Barbarian - Brodir Grove {north of the circle of stones and just east of Ulfgar the unending's Dwelling}
