Just win matches in season mode, to do it faster just skip matches sometimes you might win ore lose. or you can put multiplayer when your gona fite someone and use 2 controls, then when you start him the 2nd player and just pin him dont push any button on the other remote.

Change the dificulty to legend mode then they are unlocked. You don't have to go through with legend mode.
If you have exp. points and your stablemates don't you have to either take your mates through season mode and get them exp or wait until you have unlimited exp points from beating gm mode then you can put them all the way up.

I found the best way was to turn DQ of in the main menu, then beat them with a chair and use super crazy's finisher and you should smack their head into the chair, keep repeating and you should be able to count them out
First change super crazy`s move then change undertakers and kanes move to something like that one arm twisting one.(i used sweet chin music and a facebuster)
