First you have to defeat all the beybladers in the practicing room.Then Kenny Will say that you have to go out.Go and In between kai will challenge you.

As your level increases the rpm too will increase
Summon your ENGINE GEAR [A+B] when the battle is going on.

U incrase the rpm at the start of the launch of the beyblade press the a button and when it says let it rip then press it again but hold it for a while and ul se a power bar under your launcher hten you launch the beyblade by preasing again the a button
U got more RPM when you go in the battle and then say 3.. 2.. 1.. press 1 time a and hold a then you got Boost then the best boost its Power 100% 100% Boost ! me the best RPM is 16780 with Boost
When you launch your blade hold A at "Let it Rip" then after stop holding then press again youll see a boost meter press A the you could have very high RPm
