You cant (only on the console versions)
No you can still do alley-oops on pc if you use a controller then you can use the right analog stick
To do the alley oop pass on the NBA Live 06 slam dunk, you have to modified your control by going to Start Menu>My Documents>NBA Live 06>configs. Then open the controller you made (it is written as KFG file). It will appear in a notepad. Then add this at the top>> bind K_V RYAXISCHANGE and bind K_Z RYAXISCHANGE. I used "V" and "Z" as my desired keys, you can choose whatever keys you want. After doing these, you may close notepad and save changes you made. You may now go to Dunk Contest and try the alley oop pass.

If you wanna unlock MJ you can go to free agents and choose your team.
Then you change the side with the free agents to legends or whatever it is. You then scroll down to him, and add him to your selected present-day team.
