How do you get into a greek house it says in the book that you can apply by using the phone but the option never comes up is there something I need to do first

If you're in a dorm you have to move out and find a place of your own, then once you have it use the phone the greek option will now show.

I dont think theres a cheat to get more skills but if you use the maxmotives cheat it will stop your sim from being distracted and they'll build skills faster -Answer by:x Rio Skye x

The cheat is "boolprop testingcheats enabled true" type it into the cheat box at the top when you are in the neighborhood and then when you are in live mode for a family you can click and drag the skills and also their needs, and relationship levels. hope this helps.

First you need a sim that has graduated college. Then they need to reach a high enough level in the Paranormal Career Track to be awarded the telephone on a creepy pillar. (Or cheat and enable career rewards).
Use this phone to call the Grim Reaper. You must have met someone who died. I think you are supposed to have known them well. Then ask Grim to bring that sim back to life, but pay a LOW amount. The lower the amount the less functional the zombie. The higher the amount the more likely the sim will be normal.
Or download the "create zombie potion" from modthesims2, which is a hack.

First press Ctrl+shift+C on the keyboard for the cheat box to come up.
Next type in the cheat code
"boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" and press enter.
Then put the cursor over the mailbox,hold down shift and then click on the mailbox.
Subjects will come up, click on Sprawn...,then click on mascot, and in a few sim minutes a mascot with a llama head will come in cheering.

No, that is not what he meant. He meant the Secret Society black jacket uniforms with a little llama on the chest.
inSIMinator will allow you to add yourself to the Secret Society. But remember that SS members do not always wear the SS outfits. There are about 20 of them in my game, and most often I see them in regular clothes.

If you go on your phone and go on colagfe and go on directory click on every1 and phone someone that says landgrabb where it says where they live ,hope I help

You cant unless you did not move the sims into the dorm. If you didnt move them in, I think that you can build in it like a regular house{without the sims in it} and then you move the sims into the dorm. U can also move other lots into the house bin from other neighborhoods and then place them in the college campus, and move your sims into there. -Answer by:Kandylover523
dont know about a dorm but if you r invited or you start a greek house you can have garage(s) and car(s) provided you have the $.

Enable the build mode by typing:
boolProp dormSpecificToolsDisabled false
You must be on the dorm lot to enable this cheat and if you're already on the build mode, click the buy mode first and then back to build mode to see the changes. Hope that helps

(3) Put in the cheat code

Exit the house and then redo what you just did by repeating steps 1 and 2. Last re-enter the house and the you can click and drag the needs up OR down. you can also increase skills and relationships.

You can't normally but with cheats you can. use the cheat boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and then spawn the tombstone of life and death then choose make me pregnant with and choose the other parent. I have done this before but I don't know if the kids come with them when they graduate. so be care full! maybe you can make the kid a teen and then go to the neighborhood and click on the send sims to university and maybe they Will be on the list, then move them into the parents house or dorm. hope this was helpfull!
