Don't jump. First cliff line up with the mesa, backstep, then WALK forward. You'll land right on the geyser mesa. Get the Journey CLoth first by dropping down to the small ledge, then link back to Relto, then back to Elder Gira.
Second cliff Don't try to jump from the mesa. Link back to Relto, then back to Elder Gira. Walk up the sandy slope and turn left, walk along the rough path until you reach the edge and a small raised rock. Step up on the rock then jump forward over the canyon. You don't have to run and jump. You should land on the path that turns into the giant arch over the canyon. Turn to the right and walk over the arch to the next set of geysers.
