They could be in the Artrium, Basement, Near The Cows, Out side The Hotel, Outside Your room in the Hotel or In The Desert.

I find the goons on the sun deck most of the time.... hope it helps
I usually find them in the atrium or just outside of the hotel herrassing your customers. Hope it helps!
They can be anywhere the way to find them is they have music if you hear it it means there near! To deafeat them be the rat hero
If you get a message of the concierge saying jimmy the neck or crime spree bob is in town you need to get on a rat suit and fight them

How do I refill my water gun ? I am on the part with the mole issue and I'm just wondering what should I do.... please let me know.

You need to be the water gun and go some where with water. like the loo, or swimming pool. when you use the water gun you will see a little drop on the screen then you touch it and your person should go down and your tube kinda thing will be filled
Well you can refill it with any water source, for example the well beside the pub, you take out your water gun from your pocket and there is a button you press at the bottom left corner, press that to refill, you have to go to the sund deck, thats where that mole will be and slide the red buttom twice then you should see lord mole in your target press the red target again and shoot
Go near water like a sink,toielt,and/or shower
If you go in the desert look for a green lake pullout your water gun and on the pump andtheres a refill sign click and done
You have t go to the next to the store on your left side and after that take out your watergun and press the little blue on your left. that looks like a drop of rain

Buy the rat cave, it is in the basement turn left off the stairs and it is on the right

Go to the DS menu....press DS pic...change the time...and then go back to sims
What you do is shut off the nintendo take out the game turn it back on change time shut off the game put sims 2 in and there you go my answer is longer but prevents being called a wicked little time traveling cheater
Just set the time forward/backwards on your ds
(but you REALLY shouldn't do it because it messes up your game badly I no because it happened to me =(

Find 5 mechanical skillpoints if you dont already have them
then go to the elavator between 6 and 10 pm and touch the option hack then go straight into the penthouse and pick up the prints

You have to have 5 mechanical points then go to the elevator i think it says hack click that than get the 5 point:

You have to be on the sundeck and there you will see him. you have to beat him but he flies right? so you have to beat the other 4 robots and then you see him again. you have to beat him then comes 4 more robots, you have to beat them to then you see him again. this you do beat him because you give him a boot and then falls in the water which hurts him. then you jump on the roof and you see your car and then enjoy the credits! P.S- you have to stay on the sundeck and if your sanity goes low, sunbathe. the robots wont hurt you. hope this helped?
Have you tried to slide the thing at the bottom of the touch screen. it fills it up
There is a little thing on it that slides.Make it slide BEFORE you shoot.Then refil at any water thing like sink or river.
It also helps if you put the target on.

In the rat cave, there are some wierd tunnels. Go through one of the tunnels (it think its the one on the right) and the rat suit is in a glass thing in the corner. Go up to it and click on 'put on rat suit'.

The way I did it was every thursdays at 8 am go to the furnace and you will see one mechanical point. just change the time foward on your ds and not backwards otherwise you summon an alien invasion. hope this helped

The game is just strangetown there is another game called sim city but this one is just running strangetown hotel.
The first time I was wondering but has only got strange town I'l tell you a secret go and buy the secret wearhouse and it will take 8hours but when it is built go down the stairs and then there will be a plank and 2 barrels and if you walk through them it will rake you to stairs go down them a walk around and BIGFOOT is there!

Make a new sim then when you want to save that new sim you go into save and chose the sim that you nolonger want and the overwrite it
I dont know how but you can make a new sim and then save over the sim that you dont want anymore
