A1: After u climb up the thing u must have gone left to reach theplace where u hack the computer after u climb the stairs. u need to come back the same way you went and this time take right!

A2: Its on when you come down from a balcony to a rooftop theres 2 doors one of them there is a security guard on a chair, kill him, then above the stairs is the mag door, go in there into the penthouse and walk really slow, dont make noise, otherwise you will trigger the alarm.
