Of course you need to trade your very unuseful players which has big salary to some team that has cap space to someone who you think will fit with your team with low salary
Do a fantasy draft during dynasty mode. when drafting players choose the young players. example, take players from the draft batch of lebron (2003 draft). these players are good and have low salaries. the problem is your team chemistry may be low because most of the young players will have many comments.
